What is Bixzon?

Bixzon is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that lets business owners and merchants launch a smart online store in minutes, with no technical skills required. Every merchant gets: an AI-powered interactive storefront, a sales bot that talks to customers and sells on the merchant's behalf, a full admin dashboard, and order/product/shipping management.

What does Bixzon sell?

Bixzon sells a digital service only — a prepaid wallet credit that merchants use to run their store and receive orders.

• Bixzon does not sell any physical or tangible products.
• The products shown on the demo page are products belonging to real merchants who use the platform — not products sold by Bixzon.
• The amount a merchant pays is a digital credit from which a fixed fee (3 EGP) is deducted per new order received through their store.

• Creating a store: Free.
• Minimum wallet recharge: 200 EGP.
• Usage fee: 3 EGP per new order only.
• No monthly subscriptions and no hidden fees.

For merchants

If you are a merchant selling your own products (physical or digital), you create your own store on the platform and manage your products and orders yourself — selling your products directly to your own customers. Bixzon is the software tool that enables you to do that.
