By using Bixzon (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision, please do not use the platform.
2. Service Description
Bixzon is an AI-powered platform for creating and managing online stores. We provide you with:
- A ready-to-sell online store with an interactive chatbot
- A dashboard to manage products, orders and customers
- An AI assistant to help you run your store
- Custom domain connection and tracking pixels
- Shipping, courier and delivery company management
3. Registration and Account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- The platform prohibits creating more than one account per device or person
- The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms
4. Free Services & System
- The platform is free to use: creating and managing an online store is free, with no monthly or annual subscription fees.
- AI bots: we provide a support bot, a sales bot and a product-display bot powered by DeepSeek AI models.
- Full dashboard: manage products, orders, customers, notifications, pixels and domains.
- Full customization: connect a custom domain, add Facebook/TikTok/Snapchat pixels, and customize your store's appearance.
- The platform reserves the right to add optional paid services in the future with prior notice to users.
5. Content and Products
- You are solely responsible for the products and content you publish in your store
- Publishing products that violate Egyptian or international law is prohibited
- Using the platform for fraudulent or misleading activities is prohibited
- The platform reserves the right to remove any violating content without prior notice
6. Intellectual Property
- Bixzon, its name and logo are owned by Bixzon
- The content you publish in your store (products, images, text) remains yours
- You grant the platform the right to use your content solely to provide the service
7. Limitation of Liability
We provide the platform "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We are not liable for:
- Service interruptions for technical reasons beyond our control
- Indirect business losses arising from use of the platform
- Financial transactions between a merchant and their customers
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. The platform reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account in case of:
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Violation of any applicable policy
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 months
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising from these terms is subject to the jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.
